The KPS Floating Storage and Offloading vessel is a vital component of Santos's oil production and export infrastructure in PNG, critical to the successful operation of the PNG LNG Project. The vessel provides essential offshore storage and a reliable export route for hydrocarbon liquids produced from the PNG highlands, effectively removing a single point of failure and ensuring the continued reliability of natural gas and liquid sales for the joint venture. Our Role
The role involved developing, maintaining, and analysing the project schedule to monitor progress, identify deviations, forecast delays, and provide specialist expert advice for contractual claims within a critical offshore energy infrastructure context. Additionally, the role included the review of contractor schedules and project controls providing oversight and advice to the principal.
