Horizon is the $63 million second stage of the major redevelopment of the Rossmoyne Waters seniors' community in Rossmoyne, Perth. The complex complements the earlier award-winning Australis apartments and comprises 65 new, high-end, self-care and assisted living apartments. Designed by Hames Sharley, the project delivers modern, spacious accommodation with resort-style amenities (including a pool, gym, and mini-golf), situated alongside the new purpose built 'Arrana' Residential Aged Care Facility, solidifying Rossmoyne Waters as a premier provider of a full continuum of aged care. (Completed 2025).
Our Role
As Project Scheduler / Claims Consultant for Horizon at Rossmoyne Waters, the role was responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing the project schedule to monitor progress, identify deviations, forecast delays, and provide specialist expert advice for contractual claims within a high-end residential and aged care development for the head contractor. The Project Scheduler was crucial in managing the intricate sequencing of residential construction, fit-out, and integration with existing facilities, performing critical path analysis, and potentially drafting or defending claims for EOT, ensuring the timely delivery of modern, spacious accommodation and associated amenities for this premier aged care community.
