The HBF Head Office Upgrade was the establishment of a state-of-the-art corporate headquarters, known as HBF House, within the transformative $5.2 billion Perth City Link urban renewal precinct. The A-grade, 11-level office tower (completed around 2015-2016) provides approximately 13,000 sqm of commercial space and was designed to support a healthy, modern, and activity-based working environment for HBF staff. The move saw HBF consolidate its city operations and secured its position in a key CBD renewal zone adjacent to Perth's primary transport hub. Additionally, the delivery of the Perth City branch lead to the inclusion of a modern, centrally-located retail and service point, including the HBF Physio by Life Ready clinic, that provides accessible health services to members and the public, situated in the ground-level public space of the new HBF headquarters.
Our Role
As Project Manager for the HBF Head Office Upgrade & Branch Fitout, the role entailed leading the entire project team and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle—encompassing scope, budget, schedule, risk, and stakeholders—to deliver the project's objectives on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
